Co-owner and Senior Partner
Chris has over 50 years of experience as an educator, including seventeen years of science-teaching experience in the UK, Bermuda, and the US. With this experience and a doctorate in educational psychology, Chris is well-qualified to teach the best practices of the most influential scientific speakers.
Cindy Laudadio-Hill,
Co-owner and Senior Partner
As one of the founders, Cindy has been here since the beginning. Her unique blend of experience, creativity, humor, and a deep passion for teaching has provided clients with the flexibility and adaptability required in today’s live training environment.
Meridith Grundei,
Senior Instructor
Meridith Grundei, founder of Grundei Coaching, and senior instructor for Hillside Communications is a creative doer, mom, and entrepreneur with an MFA in Performance. As a former instructor at The Second City, she brings a unique blend of expertise to her work with Hillside Communications.
Meridith is a speaker, workshop leader, and coach in public speaking presenting, working with organizations such as Amazon AWS, Panasonic, Pfizer, Merck, Stanford University, Mercer, and the CU Leeds School of Business. Her private clients include conscious CEOs and leaders from organizations like Google, BKV Corporation, Edward Jones, and Integrated Partners.
